By rights I should still be asleep getting my body back in check. The reality is, I had so much sugary drink last night that my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. 4 hours of sleep was enough it seems before I was suddenly wide awake and desperate for more water. I can still feel the effects of so much caffeine and sugar now.
Therefore today's resolution is to get sober, drink plenty of water and try to get my body clock back to how it should be. I'm sure there's a bacon sarnie in there somewhere too.
